Last Reviewed: 2026

Policy Statement:

TMB Printing Pty Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery in all its forms, including slavery, human trafficking, servitude, forced labour, and child labour, within our operations and supply chains. We acknowledge that modern slavery is a serious violation of human rights and can occur in various sectors, including the supply chains of businesses. As part of our commitment to ethical business practices, we will take steps to identify, prevent, and mitigate the risks of modern slavery.

This policy aligns with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the "Act") and outlines the steps we will take to ensure that modern slavery does not exist in our business or supply chains. We are dedicated to conducting our business with integrity and transparency, respecting human rights in all of our operations.

Objectives:

The key objectives of this policy are to:

  1. Identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery within TMB Printing Pty Ltd's operations and supply chains.

  2. Prevent modern slavery by implementing appropriate measures to eliminate any occurrences of forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation.

  3. Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and other relevant international and national human rights frameworks.

  4. Promote transparency in our supply chains by providing clear and accessible information about the steps we are taking to address modern slavery.

Scope:

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, contractors, and subsidiaries of TMB Printing Pty Ltd.

  • All suppliers, third-party service providers, and business partners involved in our supply chains.

  • All activities carried out by TMB Printing Pty Ltd, including procurement, operations, and sourcing of materials.

Key Principles:

  1. Commitment to Human Rights:

    • TMB Printing Pty Ltd is committed to upholding the Australian Human Rights Commission principles and supports the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions against forced labour and human trafficking.

    • We are committed to the elimination of modern slavery in all its forms, including forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking, and will take appropriate steps to ensure our operations and supply chains are free from these practices.

  2. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:

    • We will conduct regular assessments to identify and assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains. This includes reviewing our supply chain partners, sourcing practices, and any regions where modern slavery risks may be more prevalent.

    • Risk assessments will be conducted at the start of new supplier relationships, and ongoing reviews will be held to ensure that there are no modern slavery practices in place.

  3. Supplier Code of Conduct:

    • We expect all suppliers, contractors, and third-party service providers to operate in full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), and to respect the principles set out in this policy.

    • Our Supplier Code of Conduct explicitly prohibits the use of forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking and requires suppliers to take proactive steps to prevent such practices in their operations and supply chains.

    • We will review our supply chains to ensure suppliers are adhering to our code and take corrective action when necessary, including ending relationships with suppliers who do not comply.

  4. Employee Awareness and Training:

    • TMB Printing Pty Ltd will provide training to all employees on the risks of modern slavery, how to recognise it, and how to report any concerns.

    • Training will be offered at all levels of the organisation, with specialised training for staff involved in procurement, sourcing, and managing supplier relationships to ensure that modern slavery risks are properly addressed.

    • Employees will be encouraged to report any suspected instances of modern slavery, and they will be protected from retaliation for making such reports.

  5. Reporting Mechanism:

    • TMB Printing Pty Ltd will maintain an accessible and confidential reporting mechanism for employees, contractors, suppliers, and any other relevant parties to report concerns or suspicions of modern slavery practices.

    • We will ensure that all reports are taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and acted upon promptly. Any individual or organisation found to be engaging in modern slavery will be held accountable and may face termination of their relationship with the company.

    • We will provide clear instructions on how to report concerns, and all reports will be handled in accordance with our non-retaliation policy.

  6. Monitoring and Auditing:

    • We will regularly monitor and audit our operations and supply chains to ensure compliance with this policy and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

    • Audits will include checks for any signs of forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking, and corrective actions will be taken to eliminate any detected risks or violations.

    • We will require suppliers to provide information about their own efforts to combat modern slavery and will perform regular checks to verify their compliance.

  7. Legal Compliance:

    • TMB Printing Pty Ltd will comply with all relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), and ensure that we meet all required reporting obligations.

    • In accordance with the Act, TMB Printing Pty Ltd will prepare and publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining the steps we have taken to assess and address modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains. This statement will be made available to the public and our stakeholders.
